- Verification Documents: NIC, Passport, or Driving License along with a face-recognizable selfie.
- Skills & Availability: Selected skills, preferred working hours, job categories.
- Job Posting Data: Job title, description, pay rate, time, venue, and payment method.
- Payment Information: (Bank transfers, payment confirmations-no card numbers stored).
- Messaging Data: Chat messages exchanged inside the platform.
- Device & Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, timestamps, cookies.
- Ratings & Reviews: Performance ratings given by employers and employees.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To match job seekers with available jobs using AI-powered recommendations.

3. Document Verification & Face Matching
Verification images (NIC/Passport/DL+selfie) are used strictly to confirm identity. This data is encrypted and is never shared with employers or third parties unless legally required.
4. Messaging Privacy
Messages are stored securely and are accessible only to the sender, receiver, and authorized system administrators in case of disputes or abuse reports.
5. Payments & Financial Data
Payments are handled through trusted third-party gateways. We do NOT store sensitive card or banking login details on our servers.
6. Rating & Blacklist System
Ratings from both parties affect profile strength. Users may be temporarily suspended or blacklisted for:
- No-show for confirmed jobs
- Fake job postings
- Payment fraud
- Harassment or unprofessional behavior
Blacklist history may be visible to users for transparency.
7. Data Sharing
We DO NOT sell your data. We may share limited information only with:
- Verification service providers
- Payment processors
- Legal authorities (if requested)
